Shipping Policy

International Orders

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post. The airway bill will be shared after dispatch for all international shipments.

To avoid confusion regarding customs duties, we offer two clear options for international customers.

Option 1 – Direct International Shipping

If we ship the saree directly to your overseas address:

• We declare the actual invoice value on all export documents.

• We do not undervalue or misdeclare shipments at customer request.

• We are a compliant, registered business and must follow export laws. Incorrect declaration can lead to penalties, seizure, or blacklisting, so we strictly adhere to legal norms.

• Customs authorities in the destination country may apply duties, taxes, or processing fees as per their regulations.

• Any such charges are payable by the customer/recipient.

• Customs has the right to reassess the value, which is outside our control.

• Weaves by Advaya is not responsible for delays, holds, returns, rejections, or additional payments caused by customs.

Option 2 – Delivery within India

We can deliver the order to your relative or friend at an Indian address.

• In this case, billing and shipping will be made in the name of the Indian recipient only.

• After delivery in India, the customer may choose to carry or forward the parcel internationally as per their preference.

• Any shipping or customs matters after Indian delivery will be outside our responsibility.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above terms.

Domestic Orders

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.

Orders are shipped within 1–2 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier/post office norms.

Weaves by Advaya is not liable for delays in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier within 1–2 days from the date of order/payment or as per the mutually agreed dispatch timeline.

General Terms

• Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer.

• Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID/ Phone shared at the time of order/registration.
